How do I make a reservation
To reserve your rentals, simply fill out our "Get A Quote" form on our website, or reach out by phone or email. Once we receive your request, we’ll send over a customized invoice to confirm and book your party rental!

Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This helps us prepare for your event and ensures availability.

How far do you travel?
We travel up to 60 miles from our warehouse location. Please use GOOGLE MAPS if unsure about distance and whether we travel to your area. Travel fees will apply if further than 10 miles from our warehouse!

What is your cancelation policy?
Yes, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the event to receive a full refund of your deposit. If canceled within 72 hours of the event, the deposit is non-refundable.
